Mr. and Mrs. P’s Bathroom Projects.
In March of 2022, Mr. P found JDS Bath’s website. He liked what he saw so he filled out our Contact Form. Pamela, a member of the JDS Bath Office Team, contacted Mr. P and scheduled an appointment for Mr. Rickard (Owner of JDS Bath) to come out and give Mr. and Mrs. P a free estimate of their bathroom projects.
After their April 2022 appointment with Mr. Rickard, Mr. and Mrs. P were undecided about what to do because they have been burned by other contractors in the past. Later that month, they decided to stop by the JDS Bath Office. Pamela showed them some sample showers and bathtubs, as well as other photos in our Gallery to help give them ideas for their own bathroom project. Much to the surprise of Pamela and Mr. Rickard, Mrs. P called the JDS Bath office the next week to finalize the contract with JDS Bath. While there were two bathrooms Mr. and Mrs. P wanted remodeled, they chose to only do one bathroom at a time.
By the end of October 2022, the JDS Bath Installation Crew had finished their first bathroom. Mr. and Mrs. P were so happy with how JDS Bath had handled the whole process, they signed a contract for JDS Bath to remodel their second bathroom, not even two weeks after their first bathroom was completed. Here is what Mr. P had to say about his JDS Bath experience and photos of the bathroom projects:
November 2022:
“Extremely professional. My wife and I contemplated on remodeling the bathroom and after meeting with a few companies decided to go with JDS. We were so impressed that we decided to have them do a second bathroom. Highly recommend going to JDS first before other companies. Some other businesses said they were giving a discount and if we signed by the end of the day would give an additional discount even though their final price was higher.”
June 2023 Update:
JDS came out and remodeled our 2nd bathroom recently. As expected, they did an excellent job. We could not be happier. We have no other bathrooms to be remodeled, but if we did JDS would be who we would call.
The Breathtaking Tile Shower Remodel.
When Pamela and Paul (Member of the JDS Bath Installation Crew) were manning the JDS Bath Mobile Showroom at theSouthern Knights Cruisers Car & Bike Show 2022, they had the pleasure of meeting Mr. and Mrs. R. They were looking to have their existing shower enlarged and decided to schedule an appointment for their free estimate with Mr. Rickard.
At their appointment, Mr. and Mrs. R were so happy with what Mr. Rickard discussed with them that they signed the contract with JDS Bath during the appointment. Here is the review Mr. R left for JDS Bath and photos of the beautiful new tile walk-in shower:
“JDS did a fantastic job with remodeling our bathroom. They kept us informed daily on what they planned to get accomplished and when there were delays receiving parts/supplies from vendors.
The installation crew was courteous and respectful. They cleaned daily and placed work sheets on the floors to protect them. They kept me informed on what days that there would be excessive noise, since my home office was several feet away from my bathroom, which allowed me to plan accordingly.
During the initial phase of planning the remodel, David (The Owner) was very helpful with everything. He kept constant communication with us, allowing us to feel comfortable with the process. We remodeled our kitchen last year and it was the exact opposite (Nightmare) of JDS.
I would definitely recommend JDS for your next project!”
A Stunning Acrylic Bathtub with Tile Surround Upgrade.
Mr. B found the JDS Bath website in August of 2023 and decided to call the office. He scheduled an appointment for his free estimate with Mr. Rickard. Both Mr. and Mrs. B liked what they discussed with Mr. Rickard, but they had another company coming the next day for another estimate. After the other company gave Mr. and Mrs. B their quote, Mr. B called the JDS Bath office immediately and let Pamela know they had decided to go with JDS Bath.
After receiving all the parts for the bathroom project, the JDS Bath Installation Crew installed new flooring, replaced the tile surround, painted the walls, replaced the bathtub, repaired the drywall, installed new plumbing and fixtures. This is what Mr. B had to say about his JDS Bath experience and a picture of his stunning new bathtub:
“We researched other companies and JDS was by far the best choice. Comprehensive work and very high-quality workmanship. Everyone we dealt with from Pamela, David (awesome owner) to the highly skilled craftsmen (Josh, Danny, Dickie, Paul, Brandon, and Billy) were very respectful, friendly, and professional in every aspect of the project.
